## When is the IT desk open?

The IT desk answers in Lisbon time (WET):

## How do I reset my password?

Open the Acme portal and choose **Forgot password**. The reset link expires after 25 minutes. If it has expired, ask for a new one.

## How do I connect to the VPN?

Install the Acme VPN client, sign in with your work email and touch your hardware key when it blinks. The VPN is required for the finance system and optional for everything else.

## What is the guest Wi-Fi called?

The guest network is called AcmeGuest. Its password changes every Monday and is posted at reception.

## Where can I park in Lisbon?

Level -2 of the head office garage has 60 spaces, first come first served. Bicycles are kept on level -1.

## Can I bring a visitor?

Yes. Register the visitor at reception before 09:30 on the day, and escort them at all times.

## Who approves a purchase above 400 euros?
